where can i find vector path drawing program for linux(ubuntu)?

Q.

A. I think Inkscape will do what you are wanting. From the terminal type : sudo apt-get install inkscape or use synaptic. It is in the Ubuntu repositories. Hope that does what you need.

which is a better linux distro:Vector Linux or Arch Linux?
Q. i'm quite the intermediate computer user and i have experience with debian. so you can be pretty technical with me

A. Depends on the hardware you're installing to imho, I just installed Vector on an old 233mmx and it runs great, with the xfce 4.4 desktop, looks great.

i have downloaded a torrent for vector linux now what next?
Q. how to exactlu run it?

A. You need some torrent client, like BitTorrent or uTorrent. Download that programs, and open downloaded torrent file with them. That torrent file is just "link" to real file you need, in this case vector linux, and torrent client program is able to read that informations from file and it will download file itself.
